Well, it's October once again, and I know I'm a day late with this, but that's not really important right now. What is important, is the fact that October has always been a special month. For some, October is a time to watch the season change from the warm and sunny days of summer, to the cool and windy days of fall as the leaves begin to change color. For others, this is a month to spend some time with your family, assuming you live in Canada that is, because of Thanksgiving(A day I normally get excited for because of all the food and the smell of turkey). And for others, October is a month of pumpkin based foods. Pies, doughtnuts, pumpkin spice coffee, roasted pumpkin seeds. All sorts of food.
But aside from all that, there's one reason I always look forward to this month, and as I sure most people who know me already understand why I get so excited. For me, October is a month of horror, a month of gore, a month of carving a brand new pumpkin, taking a trip to the local Halloween store in hopes of finding some wonderful props to scare this years batch of Trick-Or-Treaters, visiting the haunted houses, getting costume ideas and just simply enjoying a time of year when people like me can be our gore loving, fear fanatic, all things creepy and crawly appreciating selves. And what better way to celebrate this wonderful time of year than with a horror marathon. So, to all you freaks out there, sit back, relax, and grab yourself a bag full of candy as you sit back and enjoy a month dedicated to all things scary. Here's a list of horror movies I reblogged a while back. grizzlyadams94.tumblr.com/post…
