After Hours After HoursAfter Hours by Grizzly-Adams
It was about 2:30am during a full moon by the time I had reached the Carnival grounds. I've been coming here for about a week now after closing, I guess you could say my curiosity got the better of me a few times and I decided to walk around. Most nights it feels as if the carnival has been abandoned for years, but I'd be lying if I said it wasn't coming to that. Business has been slow for the carnival lately. Some say it's due to the lack of maintenance on the rides, others say it's because the food. I think it was because of the staff, for some reason they've been acting weird the past few months...I can't put my finger on it, but something just wasn't right about them. I took a deep breath and turned on my flashlight as I walked up to the food stand. I peeked
Deadly Sin 1: PrideDeadly Sin #1: PrideDeadly Sin 1: Pride by Grizzly-Adams
After having lead his armies to countless victories and having taken over several cities during his reign as the leader of a Spartain army, Pride was killed in the midst of battle by a rouge Persian soldier. However, he refused to accept this death. That is, until he was offered to become the first guardian of Hell. Now as the guardian of the first gate, her personally makes sure no body passes through his gate and has earned a reputation that is even more fearsome than the one he had on earth.
In battle, Pride still rushes in head first, rarely ever stoping to think about his next action. Fueled by little more than a thirst for blood, he won't stop until his enemy is borken and beaten beyond all reason. In battle, he is protected by an armour, that is believed to have been forged by Satan himself. For offense, he has his traditional Spartain sheild which doubles as a near impenetrable denfense ontop of his legendary armor. His long range spear, and a short sword f
Well, it's October once again, and I know I'm a day late with this, but that's not really important right now. What is important, is the fact that October has always been a special month. For some, October is a time to watch the season change from the warm and sunny days of summer, to the cool and windy days of fall as the leaves begin to change color. For others, this is a month to spend some time with your family, assuming you live in Canada that is, because of Thanksgiving(A day I normally get excited for because of all the food and the smell of turkey). And for others, October is a month of pumpkin based foods. Pies, doughtnuts, pumpkin spice coffee, roasted pumpkin seeds. All sorts of food.
But aside from all that, there's one reason I always look forward to this month, and as I sure most people who know me already understand why I get so excited. For me, October is a month of horror, a month of gore, a month of carving a brand new pumpkin, taking a trip to the local Halloween store in hopes of finding some wonderful props to scare this years batch of Trick-Or-Treaters, visiting the haunted houses, getting costume ideas and just simply enjoying a time of year when people like me can be our gore loving, fear fanatic, all things creepy and crawly appreciating selves. And what better way to celebrate this wonderful time of year than with a horror marathon. So, to all you freaks out there, sit back, relax, and grab yourself a bag full of candy as you sit back and enjoy a month dedicated to all things scary. Here's a list of horror movies I reblogged a while back. grizzlyadams94.tumblr.com/post…
